Support through an intimidating process
These cases are a drawn out, stressful process, where intimidation is used in the form of bureaucratic bamboozlement. Put under enough stress with no support it's hard not to give in to remove that pressure even if you believe it's unjust. Very grateful to Parking Mate providing that shield of reassurance and knowledge of the process stages and the firms' tactics to allow a fair result even if it takes years.

Keep away, once you pay they go quiet
after paying for their service and help i sent them 3 Emails regarding my appeal - did not have the courtesy to reply - basically once they received payment they went radio silent and did a runner.
I would not recommend their service :(

Custom service is non-existent
Leo has started to ignore me. I purchased his services back in 2020 for a parking ticket, which either wasn't appealed or was unsuccessful. Four years later, I got a court letter and texted Leo on WhatsApp, where he said to purchase the court service on the website but completely ignored the fact that they had appealed this in the past. I've been trying to contact him for the past week and have received no response.
To add, I purchased his service less than a month ago for a separate new parking ticket, which was rejected, and he isn't responding to my matters either!

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Was sent a parking charge notice, filled in the questionnaire on the Parking Mate site, paid the £4.99, sent the appeal letter to the private parking company, and within two weeks, the charge was cancelled. Highly recommend!

Definitely worth the money
Got ‘caught’ at the infamous McDonald’s Stansted scam hotspot. I know I could have appealed this myself for free but could not afford the time to trawl through the information on forums such as Martin’s MSE and get my head bitten off if I asked the wrong question. For me the small initial outlay to get a professionally written letter was more than worth it for saving time and sanity. The scammers dropped the case once it went to POPLA.

Generally unprofessional and unhelpful
Their system is fully automated, they give you a set form to send and don't actually look over your case or anything. They provide their WhatsApp and have responded but are very rude and hostile for some reason, generally unprofessional. I followed their instructions but it didn't help so I went to the landowner who helped me instead as parking mate didn't respond to my email. I find this service to be unnecessary in my opinion, if you really want to challenge private parking, you can actually find helpful advice online for free. I decided to write this review because for some reason they kept emailing me saying thanks for confirming that the PCN is sorted, which I never did, so that's a mystery. Definitely not a win for them in this instance so just setting the record straight.
