They made it a painless exercise
Just took pics of all the documents that came through to me and uploaded to their website. Everything else was done automatically for me. If only more people took these parking companies on, it would make them think twice before targeting the vulnerable.

They got the job done and parking company withdrew the charges.
I believe parking mate are doing a great job and it is showing by how busy they have become. Which in turn means communication is not as great as it could be.
They can improve their service by improving their communication and response time.
Overall, they are doing a good job, challenging unlawful parking fines.

Great result?
Used Parking Mate for 2 tickets where I was threatened with county court action. Chose the £99 option which was in my view good value. Lengthy defence statements supplied, prompt response via WhatsApp and email, took care of almost everything required. Result was both tickets were cancelled!
