We missed our flight due to this horrible company. No staff at the parking when we arrived. Waiting more than an hour and than it took a very long time to find a parkingspace. More tourists could not park there car, to few spaces. We arrived to late at the airport. No excuses, only bad temper. Please do not book this parking provider!!!
What a terrible parking provider. The parking lot is run by a Turk. Both the parking facility and the shuttle service are worthless. The shuttle bus drivers drive recklessly and dangerously. They call and text while driving and drive way too dangerously. My daughter was very scared during the ride. When I got back, my car was completely covered in sand.
I recently booked airport parking in Düsseldorf through Parkingfirst.de, but unfortunately, the shuttle service never arrived. After waiting for 64 minutes, we had no choice but to drive directly to the airport and park there ourselves to avoid missing our flight. When I raised the issue with the facility, they initially denied that the shuttle failed to show up. However, I have concrete evidence—including voice recordings, text messages from them stating "we will be there" and "we will send you a new location," as well as screenshots of my unanswered calls over that 64-minute period. Since I shared this proof with them, they have completely stopped responding. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend booking with them.
