I was attending a funeral in Ireland so arranging flights, accommodation and parking was very last minute. Firstly, when I arrived at Bristol airport to drop off the car they insisted that I hadn’t made a booking. Eventually after quoting the Booking reference they came and took the car. Fast forward 48 hours and I arrived back at Bristol. I rang the mobile number given, a man answered, I gave my name and he hung up. I rang again. No answer. I am disabled so I had assistance at the airport, the young man wheeling my wheelchair tried the number on his phone and we got an answer. I went through the whole process again about me not having a booking and them not having my car. I became extremely angry. I am 70 years old, in a wheelchair, it was 10:30 at night and the weather had turned very cold. Eventually after numerous attempts to relay my registration number (they kept saying ‘a’ when I was saying ‘p’ – and no I do not have a speech impediment), they said my car would be in the drop off zone shortly. I had specified the drop off zone as opposed to the Short Stay as the Short Stay was too far for me to get to. The young man left me in my wheelchair at the drop off zone and I waited and waited. Phoned again and asked how long my car would be. I was told fifteen minutes. It didn’t arrive. I phoned again. I was cut off. I phoned again and again and I wawas then told it would be 45 mins. I assumed that was 45 minutes from when I first called them at 10:30. It was now 11:20pm and I was shaking with the cold. I rang again and told them if my car wasn’t here in ten minutes I was calling the police as I believed they had stolen my car. It didn’t arrive. I phoned again. Cut off. I phoned again and again and it just rang out. no reply. My battery on my mobile was on low power and I was really panicking. I didn’t know whether to wait in the drop off zone, make my way to Short stay in case my car was there by mistake, I could book into a hotel if the car was lost or if it was going to be even later I could have gone back into the terminal. Getting no reply from this company, I rang my husband who was at home 100 miles away, neither of us knew what the best course of action was. We decided he should ring this company and see if they answered our landline. Thankfully they did and at 00:20 (yes, twenty past twelve) he sent me a text to say the car would be with me in 15 mins. At that point my phone died so I was well and truly stranded. I was praying that the car would turn up. It arrived at 12:40. The driver then disappeared leaving me without the parking ticket to put in the exit barrier. My car records the length of time of the most recent drive. It recorded 26 minutes, and the distance travelled was 11 miles. Don’t you think that when I phoned them the second time at 10:45 to enquire the cars whereabouts, the most obvious course of action would have been to tell me there was a problem and to go and wait in the warm in the airport terminal and they would call me when they knew a time? No, they just lied continuously and left me to get cold into the early hours of the morning in a car park on a very cold night. They really should not be allowed to function as a company as they do not have the intelligence to run one.
Also, check the names on the positive reviews against the names on the negative reviews. Theres a story to be told there

But on our return, what a bloody nightmare!!!
We were waiting in the Car Park as instructed to collect our car, and noticed a Lady PC was asking one of the guys who were from the company lots of questions relating to his personal circumstances, such as, some form of i/ d, home address, etc, and to our horror he had none!!! When she asked this guy , where did he sleep, he said, in the parked cars!!!!!
We were horrified, and when our Car eventually turned up after waiting an hour, to our horror, the floor mats were littered with peanuts, biscuit wrappings, and half empty bottles of water, and the car stunk of Body Odour!!!!
Avoid this company at all cost, looks like they run the company with illegal immigrants.
Do not leave valuable things and don't trust driver
I booked car park for 10 days from parking4U in Gatwick Air port. My car is a taxi. In the arm rest box there were some coins for customers.
On the booking day, When I got there I gave the key to the company driver. When I came back to pick up my car, I checked the box, but it was empty. I called the driver, he told me to call company customer service. I called the customer service, another guy told me call the driver. I sent email, and I am still waiting for their reply.

I booked the meet and greet service with this company and to my suprise no one replyed on a provided phone number after 20 attempts I made when I was 20 min away from the airport. Someone picked up at one moment and on very poor english said few words which I couldn't understand and never tried to return a phone call.
I had to book another parking service at the last minute which cost me a fortune.
I managed to get a refund (still waiting for it though) after having discussion with a very angry indian receptionist but this couldn't compensate stress that I survived after realising that no one will pick up my car at 3 am....
Following this incident I looked at the reviews of this company and realised that they never ever replyed to over 100 negative comments while they replied only to the positive once...I will never ever again use their services.
Someone should seriously look at the quality of the parking services provided around the Manchester area. The most of drivers hardly speak any english and they don't turn up when agreed. This is a fault of those providing low cost parking services without having enough drivers to deal with increasing demands.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND STRESSFUL
If I could give them zero stars, I would, AVOID AVOID AVOID! Booked drop off parking at Heathrow. Called them 30 minutes before our arrival to car park, as instructed. No answer. Called 10 or 12 times - no answer. An HOUR LATER, We were about to miss our check in time, it was getting close to our actual flight. By this point we are mega stressed. Had to quickly park at the short stay car park at extortionate price. But wait for the BEST PART. We paid extra, in case we need to cancel. Which we now did. (Cancel, through no fault of our own, and stressed). Guess what? They refunded us only half of the amount, saying, it’s in their terms and conditions, apparently - wait, what? I paid EXTRA in case I need to cancel, and now you are charging me anyway?
Unbelievable. Very uncivilized.
Additionally, they are rude, speak really tiny amount of English, difficult to understand, and hang up the phone.
PLEASE AVOID! ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE 100% FAKE, must be written by their friends and family.
If you don’t want to miss your flight - DO NOT USE THEM.

tried sending emails but they are bouncing back. i ended up paying out again at the airport to another company. They said its not the 1st time its happened
now i am back i have tried the mobile number again and he told me to F off, which raises suspicion. after looking around they seem to have 3 different numbers, which do not connect, 2 different residential addresses, a facebook page which is active, but do not respond to comments or messages. I will be taking this further.

Eventually I got through to someone on another number who said he's text me a number for a driver - it was the same number I'd told him was unobtainable. I had to leave the car with another company who said they'd pass the keys on. I made numerous attempts to contact these people over the weekend to see if they had collected the car or not. The only response I got was an email asking me if they had it(!). I eventually spoke with someone on Monday morning, 1 hour prior to my return flight. Yes they had it, no apology.
In my contact with them they have used 4 names - Parking4you, Luton 247 Airport Parking, Park & Fly, Meet & Greet Luton and Travel Extra Deals.
