No service in the garage, so you have to remember to go to main floor and walk outside to pay.

DO NOT PARK HERE
DO NOT PARK HERE! Entrance ramp is made for a stunt driver-steep, narrow with a sharp turn. Add to that a guard rail that is below the line of sight on the passenger side. The guard rail scraped the entire side of my car, nearly ripping off the bumper. 5k damage and management company says too bad. No warning signs or mirrors to help. Avoid this!!
SCAM in Progress. Don't park here.
Don't park here. They've marked their business as closed on google maps so you can't see all the negative reviews. You'll pay for parking, then get a $100 ticket for not paying using their app. When you submit proof of payment, they'll deny it and try to get another $100 from you.

I bought a parking ticket online on stubhub before the event. There was no place to scan the ticket because the guys were just waving you straight in at the street. I have been receiving texts about paying the ticket and now it has late fees. Have called the number and left messages , but nobody has returned my calls. I do not live in NOLA therefore I am not driving back there to take care of it. Would like to get this fixed!!
The text has my tag number but yet so does the receipt from where I purchased it so you would think someone was smart enough to put two and two together.
Will never park here for an event…
Will never park here for an event again. We have been stuck for over an hour on the 9th level. Have moved half a level in that time
Went to Majestic Theatre to see a show…
Went to Majestic Theatre to see a show on February 28, 2026. Dinner before the show. Paid for 5 hours. We got back to the lot 20 minutes late and got a nasty letter entitled "Notice of Non-Compliance" with a bill for $92.00. Ridiculous.
Parking Validation not working in the…
Parking Validation not working in the gym , which caused back ups at all the exits. Took 10 min in line and when I got there the “ non help” insisted we had to pay to get out. Didn’t matter that multiple cars were behind us. Then promptly upped the price too. Max - with my 90 min validation could have been R5. Forced to pay R 20 to get out.
Rude and piss poor non service)
Be careful parking here
Be careful parking here . We stayed at embassy suites and used this 24/7 garage while our son had surgery. We came back to our car 2 days later and it had been broken into and thief took $10,000 in property from it. Haven’t heard a word from the company about it when I called . No return call or an I’m so sorry, parking refund, literally nothing ! DONT PARK HERE
Booked through Spot Hero
Booked through Spot Hero. Got to the garage and all lights were red, doors closed and a stop sign in front of the entry door. Tried my code, no luck and no one to help. Had to go to another garage and pay again. Wouldn’t trust them.

It was very easy to scan the QR code and the application let me know when I was running out of time. Affordable and easy to use
Parking Mania
I am currently on the train when I signed Up for parking it said my total was 31.50 but they are also trying to charge my card 10.99 as well. Now I may get off this train with a violation or worse get towed. I don’t understand why the parking system had to change and cause such great inconvenience.
Illegal Deceptive Pricing Practice
Sign posted said 1 hour parking starting at $4. Only after parking do you learn that they charge $38 for one hour. Contacting the state AG office as they defended this practice when I contacted them and deceptive trade practices are ILLEGAL.
Hard to find
Borderline scam
Go to the lot under the bridge. Way cheaper.
They will try to charge you $89 saying you didnt pay. Waste your time by making you find proof by digging texts and emails. Giving your number, email, and credit card number to these guys is a huge mistake. You'll get more spam calls

Good A+++++
Decent app for parking
Good to use when going into a neighborhood that you might not be familiar with the parking situation. I’d use again.
SPENT $80 IN PARKING TO GET DENIED…
SPENT $80 IN PARKING TO GET DENIED ACCESS! Never use unless you want to pay double to park & then get denied! I've seen several bad reviews about this lot requiring printed out QR codes needed. I have used this lot for Katsucon for the last few years without any incident. However, this year, when I went online to buy 2-day passes, the receipt had the wrong dates on them (the week before!) even though I had selected the correct dates. So I had to RE-PURCHASE another 2 days worth of parking. Online instructions say not to print, that I scan my QR code with the attendant. Drove 3 hours, got to the lot, and was turned away due to not having printed out my QR code. They had a tiny handwritten sign stating it doesn't matter if we bought parking, if we do not have the QR code printed on the dashboard, we would get towed. Clearly I did not have a printer in my car, how ridiculous! Even though the online parking app had my license plate. I got got. Even the attendee said it was messed up but that's what he was told to do. His supervisor was not working at that time, nor did they have a phone number to contact. So a 2-day parking pass for $40 turned into spending $80 for parking that I got DENIED from. Due to the heavy traffic of the convention, the only other parking available was $40. So I spent $120 to park! Absolutely ridiculous. This happened to other reviews, it happened to me, and I do not think it is worth risking it for anyone out there considering this lot. They get complaints every year and do not improve the system.
Worst app ever
Will never use their service again
Will never use their service again! Parking at 2616 Houston and all the trucks on the lot were broken into tonight
