Good location

I am not sure about the other parking spot. but at this location it was easy to get in and out and OPEN 24HR. You just have to go through Hotel.

Yotel

Convenient location and parking situation. Reservation system worked as described. Might want to note this parking garage has a low ceiling at times and might not be conducive for all vehicles. It was fine for my small SUV.

I got double charged

I got double charged. I paid for a day rate to come in and out as often as I want but it didn't work and I got charged each time. I went to the front desk for help and they wouldn't do anything because I had already paid to leave the garage. I ended up having to buy the hours I used plus the day rate instead of only the day rate

$50 a day for the car to sit there

$50 a day for the car to sit there. That is kind of steep since I was a guest of the hotel already.. I would understand if I was coming in and out all the time. It was convenient & seemed pretty secure, since it was right at the Hotel.

I want get a ticket not like to use my cell phone. Very bad experience. Waist time to scanning and put credit card info. Very bad.
