Literally no one was there to validate my parking and when someone was called down they just let us out and had no idea what I was talking about.

Great rate, but inconvenient to exit
Locating a parking garage near an event at an office in downtown Los Angeles was easy using Parking.com, both via a web browser and the app. Booking was also straightforward. I purchased a parking pass with a 4:30 pm entry and a 9 pm exit in a garage that was open 24/7. The instructions on the parking pass were simple and easy to follow. However, exiting the parking structure was very inconvenient. The pass stated that I needed to go to the parking office and redeem a validation with the parking staff. The problem was that it was difficult to locate the parking office because there was none. I had to figure out where the security desk was. Although there was no staff at the desk, I found a phone number to call. After waiting what seemed like forever before the security staff answered the phone, I finally got a hold of someone and explained the situation. The security guard said he would let me out, but I had to wait at the exit because he had to physically walk to the exit to open it and let me out. It would be great if they upgraded their parking entrances/exits to scan a parking pass barcode or QR code, making it easier for customers to enter and exit the garage. 🚗🅿️
