After putting in credit card info
After putting in credit card info , stated I can't park bec.im already park somewhere else. So I moved out of that spot, paid a garage parking and yet have a pending charge on that spot that wouldn't let park. It was 9am, I just started my day to work so im.not possibly parked anywhere else at same time.
