Be Careful with this site
I’m not sure if we were sold a spot after they had clearly sold out. We were not even allowed to enter the parking garage even after we had clearly purchased our ticket in advance.

This was my first timer.
This was my first time using this service and I have to say I have skeptical at first, want sure if I'd be able to access the parking ramp or not.
Well, I was and I will be using this service for all future parking needs.
The parking structure, not sure it if it has anything to do with parking.com or not, but it was great. The attendants were friendly with great attitudes.

Great Experience!
Extremely close parking for the sold out Inter-Miami game at Soldier Field. There was someone at the driveway to make sure we had the right pass, then someone at the gate to make sure the scanner worked right and plenty of people directly us to our spot. Once we got out, there were people there that were assisting guests with finding the stairs to the walkway. Getting out of the parking structure was extremely smooth as well.

Prepaid parking for a tailgate party…
Prepaid parking for a tailgate party for a Chicago fire game. Everything was awesome. We were all able to park next to each other and the event was great. Plenty of room for the tailgate as well. Thank you will definitely pre-pay parking with you guys again.
