Loved my experience, I will definitely use it again

My main worry was not being able to find my car after the concert. With the VIP I wasn't in the garage and I was directly across the street. It was worth the extra 10 dollars. I had never been to the wintrust arena before and it worked out perfectly. I had easy access to leave and hop right on the highway.

They was no one directing us into parking spaces. There were 2 ways to get into the lot however only one entrance was being used. It took 20 mins to get around the corner to the other side making me late for the event.

We got a great parking spot. It was definitely worth the extra cost. I will choose it everytime!

GPS Direction took us to the wrong parking lot abd we were unable to utilize the VIP Parking

Sold parking online should always be by electronic ticket. Your attendant accused me of having a counterfeit ticket! I paid 55.00 for VIP parking and was accused of not having a valid ticket. Also I would like to point out when purchasing the ticket, I had to include the type of vehicle and the vehicle license plate number but the receipt and printable parking pass had no mention of either on it. This made such a delay at the parking gate that we missed the first two acts of the comedy show. Very bad experience. Very unacceptable. Very bad look for the city of Chicago!

I was the first person in the parking lot could not believe how accessible it was to the venue

The fact that it was right across the street from the Wintrust Arena , No hassle parking, fast and easy in and out no traffic

Parked in the VIP parking at Gate 41 for an event at Wintrust. For a few extra bucks over what you pay for general parking, this is awsome. This street level parking lot is right in front of the entrance to the Wintrust. Easy out and back to the highway, while everyone else is still walking to their car. Recommend.

The parking lot was convenient and directly across the street from the Wintrust Area. It was worth paying the extra money!

Parking was a tad confusing to get to due to it not really being a parking lot

I’m so happy I purchased vip parking. It was worth every penny. My only complaint is that the attendant didn’t bring more attention to the vip parking entrance. If my passenger didn’t see the very small sign at the entrance of the parking garage, we would’ve been forced to drive through the garage to turn around. Other than that 100% worth it

I went to the wrong garage because the traffic directors told me that I was at the right one.

So close I could walk to the event in high heals without my feet hurting! Guys take notes! Easy in, easy out. Safe location, well lit! Would 100% park there again.

I will never park in a different lot again. The VIP option is definitely the way to go!!
