Surprisingly, a good experience. A message providing the location of the car was very helpful when we needed to return.

Signs up that one has to pay for FREE parking.

Signs were up that I had to pay while I was in the parking lot and that the payment would be validated at the restaurant. When I asked the restaurant, I was told parking was free but your company will not take down the pay signs. So I paid for free parking. Fraud!

Not User Friendly

There was no notice before entering the gate that the only way to exit was digital - this should be a large sign out front of the entry. I would also think that you could have people who use KP or other retail establishments on a regular basis notified in advance via email (they have our records) so we could make choices on parking. A number of people were confused and there are older patients who are not tech savvy.

This was the first time I used this parking service

This was the first time I used this parking service and it was for a health care provider visit. From the signage it was clear parking was free for up to 2 hours. I was at the health care provider for approximately 1.5 hours but I was still charged $2.99. I contacted Parking.com by phone and was refunded the $2.99 payment.

They just make parking too complicated

They just make parking too complicated. Previously at the same facility I took a ticket and had my health care provider validate it. Now I have to download the app, scan the QR code in the garage, choose how long my visit will be (how do I know???), pay for that time of parking, scan the QR code in the provider's office, scroll down on the app, press a tab to use an examption from the parking fee, then the account goes to zero. Why? Why make this so absurdly complicated???

At least there's a bar code inside of…

At least there's a bar code inside of Kaiser's medical facility and we're not being put at risk in a parking deck pulling out a credit card and scanning a bar code. Bar codes are in the news every where, where fake ones are stealing people personal information and to put several in a parking deck unbelievable. We really keep Kaiser's front desk receptionist busy with questions and instructions on how to park and put in the correct time so we won't be over charged. The first time I had to go thru that mess just to go in and have blood work I was charged for being there all day when I there less than 30 minutes. The employees don't like it, nor does the patients that are there for health reasons.

First time user

First time user. New installation at Kaiser Permanente. Very confusing at gate and and took time to sign in including walking back to parking lot to get auto license number. Once signed in worked fine. Would have been helpful if KP had advised patients in advance about new parking procedure.

Terrible

Terrible
No way to check out
Long after I left you were asking if I wanted to extend my time
I spend at least 15 minutes trying to talk to someone to confirm I was not still checked in
I would give zero if I could

I was visiting Kaiser so I’m supposed…

I was visiting Kaiser so I’m supposed to get two free hours. But of course the app wouldn’t let me click on the button so I had no choice but to pay. There’s no attendant or any way to contact anyone. So you’re just screwed. I think it’s entirely by design. I asked the desk person at Kaiser about it and she said people complain about it all the time. So they’re just stealing from us. Typical of the modern era. Full automation with zero accountability.

Dislike Artisan Decatur Parking

I tried to get help from the person at the other end of the call button and she didn’t understand my problem and didn't help me either because her English wasn’t good enough or because she wasn’t interested in helping.
