Parking itself was good, but the rate per hour is insanely overpriced. It was about $43 for just 3 hrs! Park on the street if you can instead of a garage because of the vastly different price here.

The signage was confusing. Texting with license plate didn’t work. We were charged for handicapped parking.

Smooth entrance, however the personal was not that helpful.

Very simple, and stress free, but too expensive for less than 2 hours.

It was fiendishly expensive - $30 for 2 1/2 hours! The rates were not posted and I made the assumption it would be reasonably, but goodness - never again!

Never parked here before. Apparently you must have to download the app. Didn't want ro do that and give you my cc number. Not obvious where to enter 4 digit code so I get zero charge on personal cc. On exit, gate lifted and happily charged me $31. Never again.

This whole product is a scam. No where outside or inside the garage in the price posted. I just get big brother'd (filmed/pictures taken) into paying whatever exorbitant amount they've decided I can afford.
Edit: They scam you so they can afford to underpay someone to go around responding to the throngs of upset customer reviews.

Only one ingress/egress point and no traffic cop to allow exiting vehicles. Took over 1 1/2 hrs to get out.

The sign indicated a lower cost than what I was charged, other than that it’s a normal parking garage.

The rates where not specific on the website. Got way overcharged with no recourse. Worst company in the world.

I was charged double over what the sign said. I reached out to customer service over email and phone (2 hour hold only to leave a voicemail) and haven’t heard back five days later.

We were told we’d have the first to hours free at Guero’s. We checked at their front and we’re told we needed to enter our credit card in case we went over, but we were charged for those 2 hours as well.

We started in the garage by scanning the code and entering our license plate to start parking. In the restaurant, we asked "How do we validate our parking?" and we were given code to scan but it wasn't clear what scanning it will do. There wasn't any connection between doing that and our parking session. In the end, we ended up being charged anyway.

This all digital system relies on internet, wi-fi or a strong cell signal, and it is located within a concrete and rebar parking garage that blocks all cell signal. It took me 20min to figure out how to actually register and pay....
