Bad experience
Bad experience. The machine didn't work and I was stuck in that garage at 2am for 30 minutes. I called the emergency number for help and the girl that answered the call wasn't cooperating. She asked me a thousand questions. I was stuck there. Then she hung up on me. Terrible, terrible!!!

The parking gate wasn’t working so I…
The parking gate wasn’t working so I pushed the button on it for help. The person on the other end asked me for a bunch of info. I even had to give him my license plate number. Finally after about 5 min he finally let me out. Not without sending me a promise to pay link on my phone that threatened to cite me if I don't pay. All this for $2 mind you. When I tried to pay online it wasn't working either and not to mentioned they added an additional service charge. More reminder texts if I don't pay I will get cited. (I'm trying) I called parking.coms customer service and they were little help. I finally got the payment to go through online. Thank goodness. Never parking there again!!
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Their machine was out of tickets so they took down our name so they could charge us when we leave. When we went to leave, they charged us for four more hours than when we were actually there. So not only were we inconvenienced, but they charge us a processing fee, and for four extra hours. I’m super frustrated with their service. I reached out to them and have not heard back.

A BIG RIP OFF BIG TIME
Your machine was broken. I had to press the service button to evenget out. I had a parking validation it was NOT Accepted when I got your bill I was charged a service charge for your broken machine with all that went one. How many other people was charged the same for YOUR FALLTY Machine. To me this is A BIG RIP OFF!!!
Frustrating experience.
The person that I was talking to could not speak English very well. Very hard to understand. I could not get out of the parking garage by paying cash because it was broken or would not take it. It was very frustrating.

The machine would not read our parking ticket. We had a validation and since the machine would not read our parking code on our ticket, we had to pay $6.99. We tried to tell the person who contacted us through the speaker about having a validation and didn't want to pay but he said he would send us a link for us to use to pay and would not be able to use the validation.

broken machine shouldn't be more money for me
Your machine would not accept YOUR ticket. I had to wait with an attendant for nearly 10 minutes for a text to be sent to me for me to pay online with a service fee...because your machine wouldn't work.
The machine was not reading my Parking…
The machine was not reading my Parking ticket no matter how many times I tried. I pressed the button to talk to a live person. After several attempts she said I owed $1.00 because I had a validation from the Planetarium and that she would raise the barrier for me and I could pay after. When I paid it said I owed $2.99. I went ahead and paid it but I was not happy about it. It was not my fault that the machine would not read my ticket and I do not understand why I had to pay more than she told me I owed. I am a senior living on a limited income income and although $2.99 isn't a lot it all adds up.
