Great service on a very busy day! Car-runners were very friendly and accommodating and they moved things along very well--no back-ups.

They know how to take a reservation, they just don't know how to keep a reservation.
The people that I dealt with from Parking.com were helpful and pleasant. It took too long for someone to pick up the call but that is normal.
HOWEVER, I made a reservation and prepaid to park at the Sheraton Midtown parking lot. I got there at the appropriate time and was told that they were full and sent away.
This reminded me of the Seinfeld episode when Jerry tries to pick up a reserved rental car.
Reserved a spot in NY for a show
Reserved a spot in NY for a show. Arrived on time to the garage, only to be told it was full, no room for me. When I asked what I need to do, I was told to call a number that no one answered.
The woman at the garage was unsympathetic that they stole my money and didn’t give a darn about what I was to do next.
I had to find another garage and pay more further from our destination. Will never recommend these folks.
Arrived and told the lot was full
Arrived and told the lot was full, no space for us despite the prepaid reservation. Total pain plus then had to argue with your company for a refund.
They give your parking spot away.
I made reservations online for a arrival on oct 13. I arrived at the garage, i was advised by the attendant who was rude that they gave my parking spot away even though i paid online and reserved a spot.
Had to find another garage . Then I had to call and get a refund. Operator was fighting with me said this had to be investigated. All i wanted was a refund . Eventually i got a refund going back and forth .

DO NOT PARK HERE, especially if you're a woman traveling by yourself
DO NOT PARK HERE, especially if you're a woman traveling by yourself. This garage, which is almost completely run by men (I think I saw a single female employee), will quote you a price when you drive up and then tack on multiple surcharges when you come back, which obviously you HAVE to pay if you want to get your car back, and they are perfectly comfortable with threatening you and being aggressive over as little as $20. Whether or not your car is suddenly "oversized," i.e. costs double, depends entirely on the opinion of which employee you get and not on the actual guidelines stipulated by the garage itself. Also the fact that they'll only charge you $30 if you pre-pay online and over $100 if you don't for the same amount of time (yes, I literally saw them do this to the woman behind me in line), clearly they're just gouging any vulnerable customer they can find, primarily women who have been trained to not fight back for their own safety. There's a perfectly good alternative garage across the street.

TWO HOUR wait to get my car!!
Waited TWO HOURS for our car in the parking garage last night with at least 75 other people. What a horrible experience! I will never park here again. I would’ve given 0 stars but I think 1 is the lowest you can go. Totally an unacceptable fiasco. One worker even left in the middle of it all. A broken elevator and long wait times in between each car being brought up - the entire process could’ve been handled better. Do yourself a favor and find another garage. There’s plenty to choose from in midtown and stay away from this one!

I reserved a parking on the parking.com…
I reserved a parking on the parking.com app from 9am to 2pm and paid. I got to the parking garage at 9am but when I tired to exit at 2pm, they told me my reservation was only from 7am to 9am and I owe money since the system thinks I went over my time. I showed my confirmation to the parking attendant and she said there was a glitch and we called the customer service and was told to pay the difference of $27 and I will be reimbursed. That was 2.5 weeks ago. After calling back 5 more times and sending multiple emails along with my receipt and parking slip, I still haven't been paid for the mistake. Very frustrating.
