I don't want to have a bunch of emails just to park at a hotel. GO AWAY!!!!!!!
I unsubscribed but keep getting emails.
I rode my motorcycle and parked in the parking lot for 2 days. It was safe and secured.
I didn't like paying for parking that used to be free. I didn't like paying outside instead of inside the hotel.
Accidentally paid for a week of parking. Immediately emailed them. No response. Still waiting....
Awful. Unclear direction. Pointless. Park on the street for free and move every two hours. Much easier than this experience. Will never use the service again. Money maker with absolutely no effort or work on your part. Pure money grab. Horrible
Way over priced for the area. Attending a conference at the hotel, parking should be included.
Online registration was slow and cumbersome. Website is not user friendly or even accurate.
Finding parking though just about full worked out. It was easy to pay; however, one had to guess how long they were staying because you had to pay right away. Notification was ok but you had to pay attention to your email. Otherwise, it was fine.
So sad that we have to pay for hotel parking when we are doing an event at the hotel. Already overpaid for the event.
1. It was convenient
2. QR to scan was on a sign on the passenger side of the vehicle which was inconvenient if driving alone. Later, I saw it was on a sign as you walked into the hotel.
3. No price transparency at all. What was the max rate? Hourly rate?
I'm disabled in a rental, there was no sign till you were leaving the lot. I had to crutch back to the rental to get the required info. It was also too expensive for a few hour meeting. Pretty shameless scam.

The app worked fine. We did not have any problems scheduling or paying for parking and appreciated the text updates about our "clock".

it seems odd to charge for parking in a hotel parking lot, especially without having either an attendant or a typical machine that gives you a card upon entrance and then allows you to pay by credit card for exactly the hours you stayed. then it asks how many days you are staying, if you are not a guest. um, ZERO? who leaves their car overnight in a foreign hotel lot? so when it asks for "days" it seems like the minimum is one, and then you estimate how many hours (nice upcharge there!). nope, it bills you for one day AND, say, 4 hours. worst hotel parking scenario I can recall.
