First of all the fact that parking was available was a pretty nice thing to find and second of all the payment convenience (a QR Code) and affordability of it! Thank you for your service.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with parking.this was my first time using this business.even when I parked in a design parking area and paid the fees for two hours, my car was towed away after one hour for no reason I will never use this business again. I wish there was anything less than one star so I can give it to this experience
It’s just a dirt lot. Idk where you guys get off charging so much.
Expensive pricing for parking on non secured lot. Highly inflated rates.
Awful company, price gouging and I’d hardly even call where we parked a parking lot, it was an empty dirt pad at the corner of a street with no lighting, no lines on the ground, and no clear access or signage denoting a lot. If it wasn’t for a little sign I wouldn’t even have known I was supposed to pay.
The worst experience. My car got blocked and scratch and called next day for credit and Ignored completely. The customer service very rude.
90 minutes was $15. The parking lot is dirty and was full of broken glass bottles and other debris. Not many options for parking in this area but it sure could use some cleaning. Maybe even some A/B or gravel.
Prices have gone up but the lot is exactly the same. The lack of lines causes people to create their own parking patterns leading to many near accidents and street congestion
The price for only an hour seemed expensive. Limited parking in area so still parked there.
Great parking location. Convenient payment process. Reasonable parking fee for time period.
Great way to pay for your parking was expecting a complex website however it was very easy to use.

The parking area was gravel instead of paved and there was a lot of broken glass. Paying $10.99 for 2hrs on a Sunday in the sun wasn’t a good price. The only reason I parked in the lot was due to no meters being available. I will not use their lot again unless I don’t have any other options.
I parked at night, and the lot was empty. The next morning I came out and there were 100 cars and I was blocked in. Thank God I was able to jump the curb. Otherwise I would’ve been stuck. Completely unsatisfactory. Once I learned the trick, the next two nights I parked in an area where I could jump the curb, and I could get out, but I was lucky the first day. There should be a warning that it is a free-for-all in the morning.
