Very convenient, payed online ahead of time. Wasn’t sure how this parking garage worked, but is was very easy, and made sense after we parked.

Parking was easy, it would be nice if it was better marked drove right past it the first time.

Prices were somewhat reasonable. It would have been helpful to list the price for the first x number of hours, the next x number of hours, and possibly the daily price. The parking garage was nearby the places we were visiting. We used GPS to find the garage. There was no sign or person available to indicate that we were in the correct garage. It made no sense to us that Pier 33 was around 100 feet from the garage. Thankfully, our car was still there when we returned about 8 hours later.

That I could park for more than 3 hours without thinking my car would not be there when I got back

Super close to cruise ship pick up with ZERO hassle. Could be a little better signage to let you know you are in the right place, but pinning the address helped.

I could have rated 5 stars.

It was convenient and close to where we needed to be. Didn’t like the price or that once you’ve paid to add more time is the full price of parking again.

We got robbed. Even though we parked right by a camera. Our tonel cover on truck was ripped and belongs were stolen.

I wish I could say I had a good experience parking at a Parking.com lot in San Francisco but that is not the case. I paid for 8 hours of parking at 12:30pm, and I received a confirmation of the payment at 12:32pm. When I returned to my vehicle at 5:30pm I had a notice of a parking violation for non payment with fine of $85.00 that was issued at 12:35pm. The notice stated that if the fine was not paid within 7 days I would be sent to collections for the unpaid ticket. I have disputed this fraudulent ticket and am still waiting for a response regarding my dispute, so far nothing but crickets. I cannot recommend anyone use a parking.com lot after the treatment I have received.

I was charged $40.99 twice for 3 hours of parking

Tried to call the number listed on the sign in the lot numerous times with no answer. Was asking if I had to still pay if I had a handicapped placard in my car. I was told I had 4 hours but wanted to confirm with the company. No luck

I paid for parking and gave all my Information and still received a parking violation.

The parking is very close to the port to take the boat to Alcatraz. They have a record message, playing to take your dog from your car. But the building is so open inside that people can easily seal your stuff and fast and they can see if anybody is coming. The price is max 30 dollars . No security camera, when I was there 15 cars got broken into.it is not a safe place to park.I have seen a small gas station with the police camera and other parking place in other city with cameras.
