Easy to select and pay
It was easy to select and pay for the parking. Location was great and safe.

It's a pain in the ass. I wasted time having to find the information then had to register and then finally pay.
Why can't you just a pay station in the parking lot. What if i didn't have my phone with me or if my battery was dead?
It's safe to park there
It's safe to park there. They mentioned they are not responsible for any damage or threat. I have been parking for 2 weeks and I never experienced anything like that. So far it's good. But it's expensive for me. Because I need to stay there for a maximum of 6 hours, but I need to buy whole day ticket with tax around $11 😅. So, as a trainee. I spend what I earned for tickets.
Very hard to complete transaction
Very hard to complete transaction. And why cell phone long distance call to area code 201 to leave information?? That’s an extra charge!
Also difficult in the cold and windy weather to do it all and give info + VISA info! Why not just have a machine that takes VISA??

Too complicated

Not everyone knows how to use scarn bar to pay. That is no reason to pay the service fee.
Why not put pay mechine on the spot.
Inside the building,if the mechine is out of order should fix it right away.no one wants to pay extra service fee.
Forced to pay online - poor experience
Usually I pay for parking using the machine. This time the machine was down and the other building does not have a machine so only option was to book online. Tried to do it while in a meeting that I was presenting and it would only give me 2 hours at the all day price -- a call in it got figured out. Not impressed. I will see if I have other options for parking in the area because it destroyed my day.

Parking was reasonable and the process was very quick. Thank you.
Where is the machine?
Nothing went wrong, but why not make it easier to just place a machine in the parking lot instead of the sign asking users to fill in a form on line. Not everyone has a cell phone, or lots of data. Time it takes to enter license plate, credit card info, etc is many times longer then just stick money or credit card into a machine and print out a ticket for us to place on the dashboard.
The worst system on the world
The worst system on the world. Very bad experience and customer service. I will never use it again. No thanks.
It was easy to purchase the parking
It was easy to purchase the parking. I was able to navigate through the site even for someone not a "techie". I appreciated the notice when my time limit was approaching. Well done.
