I enjoyed the ease..
I enjoyed the ease... paid online, I was able to secure the parking before I arrived at my location, drove directly into the garage without grabbing a ticket, or paying at a Kiosk.

Fair Parking Pricing
I really appreciated not being charged the extra hour plus time I thought we may use when I submitted our parking info/license plate # in your system for payment. It is a great practice to track actual parking time via a sensor when cars leave the parking garage.

I found it frustrating
I found it frustrating, to say the least! The signal is terrible! I had jury duty that day and forgot to write down or take a picture of my tag, so I had to do it in the garage.when I returned for the day, I tried to get a signal, to no avail (very stressful), so it was done while at a stoplight. My question is, how does one pay that may not have a phone or is technically challenged?

Horrible
Horrible, awkward system. Signs are not placed properly, and using the code system takes 3 times longer than before. And parking costs 3 times as much! I hate it!!

The system method was a little confusing. It will be nice to have instructions where it is easily view when entering the facility that is managed by parking.com
Other parking facilities gives you a ticket when coming in and the ticket is paid when leaving
