None of the pay machines at the garage in PHX would take 3 cards that I tried in each. I got to pay an extra service charge for the inconvenience of having to pay online.

You charged me twice
You charged me twice
At the machine that would not open and then again when I called, they took my card and charge me a fee so you charge me twice for parking and I’m not happy about I’m reporting you
Bad bad bad bad bad
Held hostage by phone attendant
The doors were broken and would not take payment on checkout. I pushed the help button and the Indian guy that it called would not open the doors for me, even though he could hear I was sliding my card and it would not let me out. The machine would say that “payment was processed, remove card” but the gate would not open over and over again. I was on my way to an emergency doctors appt due to a medical condition, and he was holding me hostage until I could submit online payment, after I had already been waiting there and trouble shooting multiple times. He also made me get out of my car and read my license plate to him. I finally asked him if I needed to call the police to let me out, because he was holding me hostage, and I was feeling extremely bad at that point. That is when someone working on site saw me and came over and helped. He was a very lovely and kind person who also told the guy to let me out. It took a couple tries for the Indian guy to even listen to him to open the gate. Then I got threatening texts over and over again, that kept telling me to pay the amount immediately all during my doctors appt. This was very unprofessional. I had no issues paying but this situation was beyond my control due to the fact YOUR machines were broken and delayed me in getting to my appt. Next time I will just call 911 to break the arms down.
Parking scam?

I was in their office for 15 to 20 minutes - my charge was $1 to exit. Reader wouldn't read my Amex card, pressed button to speak with attendant who didn't speak clearly so couldn't understand what she was saying, she dropped my call. Ticket immediately increased to $4, got 2nd attendant on speaker and had to repeat the whole story. She ended up texting a link to pay the ticket which ended up costing just shy of $15. Horrible experience. Steer clear of this garage. But nothing has or will change, because they DO NOT CARE!

I was trap in garage where the machine did now take any of my credit cards. The machine was malfunction and wouldn't read any of thr cards. I pressed the button for help but I was required to leave my information before they would let me out. I was ok with that but the charge they sent me added a service charge for credit proceeds which wasn't the same as the machine which felt like a scam because the machine is broke and now you charge an extra credit process charge when the rate should have been the same because it'd not my fault your machine was broken. If that is charged to multiple vehicles who can't get out, it adds up for somethings that is not the customers fault.
Machine never works.
He lagged. Cost me more time and money. Then was charge a fee for the assistance.
