The lot is perfect for going to When We Were Young. It's not in a structure so you don't need to wait for everybody to leave at once. It's also on the small side which makes for a quick exit.

I am a local and paid 40 dollars plus fees to use this service. When I got there it was only 25 to park there even for the event.

I was dismayed to see there is no handicapped fee waiver.

The app did not show my purchase code, despite calling customer support, multiple times.

The manager of the lot was very good and allowed me to park when I showed him my email confirmation.

Just keep an eye on where you’re pulling up to, they’ll usually have “event parking” banners, and on this case the parking wasn’t in the Strat parking garage, it was in a dedicated lot across the street from it.

Purchased event parking 1 week ahead of time which was great but receipt after purchase showed parking was only valid for 8 hours 8am to 4pm. Spent 2 days calling different numbers to verify parking would be valid past mid night. The actual parking.com number couldn't confirm it'd be valid for full event time just said it should be okay. Called the strat and they had no idea because the parking.com is separate from the hotels parking staff. Finally got in contact with the correct staff and they confirmed it would be valid and simply had to scan the QR at arrival. Day of, the QR code didn't work upon entry or exit. On site parking staff for the strat didn't know how to assist and ended up letting us in and out due to the amount of people showing up with the same issue. Worst way of paying, rude workers on the phone instead of helping and are hidden Instead of being right there to assist with help.

Rude employee. Too busy talking to each other and ignoring the paying customers.

Worsr service! Over price and will take your money and won't return it...

I recently stayed at the strat in Vegas. The fact they charge an outrageous resort fee for really no amenities I was quite surprised to see parking was separate an 20 dollars a day! We didn’t even check into the hotel until 8pm Tuesday night but was still charged a full 20 dollars for the day parking. Definitely think they need to offer a pro rate because I feel that was a big waste of 20 dollars in a city that is already over priced.

Good organized and easy to use this system.

Convenient and easy to use and when I forgot to wait at the gate to enter the code is still check me out at the appropriate time and didn't overcharge me

U guys charged me once 30.99 and another time 15.99 and we where there for two nights. That is more then what the prices said.And no way to get a refund. Very unfair

Worse parking service ever! I was charged $60 in parking fees after following the directions to be able to park for free as a local. Later, I was apologized to and told everything would be taken care of for the mistaken parking tickets. I was then charge $60.99 to my credit card for not paying the parking fees a day later.
