It takes waaaay too long to enter all the data that you require. I was a one time user and really did not appreciate all the data entry for a $5 parking fee.

It was truly a headache from the start. Getting messages about the parking expiring after just having paid. I got a citation, even though I paid. Just a mess

Payment was super easy!
Payment for parking was super easy with the system at Columbus State community college. And it was easy to renew when I needed to add an extra 90 minutes, without having to go back to the parking lot.

Parking Apps only work if you have 20…
Parking Apps only work if you have 20 yr old eyes. If you are are over 40 and need to pull out reading glasses to use the app then someone did a poor job of market testing (if any at all) with an age group that has considerable disposable income. Anymore if I have to use an App to park a choose a different venue - the frustration level of trying using them puts a big dent into the fun of going to an event or meeting up with friends.
