Expensive. Convenient spot though. Other lots are cheaper

I registered, and then placed the code from the restaurant that guaranteed coverage of the parking; while I received an email telling me of the charge, I received no email about the removal of the charge. If my account is billed, I will be extremely angry over this, as their sign said the parking fee would be waived.

There are signs with barcodes to scan and pay for parking but its not clear that if you are eating at one of 3 locations near this lot you will get a code to put in on your receipt that will waive your parking fee. The signs are misleading since they want you to pay as you park. If you do that you will be charged parking and can’t use the code. I also think parking fees are outrageous. For this reason we hardly ever go to Gatlinburg and shop.

I was confused how the thing works. I didn't know if it was ok to leave my car or not. Afraid a tow truck would show up. The manager at the restaurant told me what to do and gave me the code. You need more signage for how it works.

Need to be able to cancel your time early if you leave a parking area earlier than your estimated departure time. I got charged for time that I didn’t use because I was not sure how long the wait time was at the restaurant or how long it would take to get our food, eat and leave. Restaurant validates parking when you enter the restaurant not when you leave so you we ended up choosing a departure time 4 hours after our arrival to the parking lot and only used 2 hrs which were validated but could not cancel the other 2 unused hours. The whole pay to park this way may be convenient but it’s also a rip off to some.

Helpful over the phone when we had questions.

I was confused to begin with because I've never scanned a QR code for parking. I do not like entering my card information if I'm assured of free parking with a receipt from dinner. This is why we drove to the restaurant rather than walk. I do realize there are some who would cheat the system if you do not pay ahead of time. Because of those, the innocent are guilty until proven otherwise. That's my soapbox. Overall, I was pleased since money was credited.

Too expensive compared to some places that were actually closer to the main strip.

It was easy to use code for restaurant to void charge.

I was supposed to be able to get a code from the restaurant for the parking. I wasn't given anything and had to pay $16.50 extra to eat a meal.

So much confusion with how the process works including projecting when you think you'll be done, redeeming a coupon from a participating business for patronizing them. I asked a couple of the businesses a d tbey said they get questions all the time.

I am a former longtime computer professional. The QR scan was simple and the entry program was easy to use. On a side note, I think the process would be difficult for non-technical individuals.

Price is outrageous for people to pay for just a few hours of parking.Local businesses will feel the effect of your over charged parking prices. It’s a shame!! Y’all came do better and not rip people off. Just saying!!

It took a more than 15min to log on register for parking. Way to long to hang out in an unfamiliar parking lot just to pay to park! The web site was lagging and I had to make several attempts to log on and get into your web site. Once I finally got on the site, it was lagging when trying to input my info. Again the whole process took way to long and it was a hassle to deal with.

I had a validation number but did not see where to apply it, so I entered my credit card info in hopes it would let me put the validation code in then, but it didn’t.
So I ended up paying $26 for parking that should have been free 😢

I was unaware that the restaurant had vouchers until after I paid for parking. On entering, I met my group & couldn't ask about the voucher. Hence I paid for parking & didn't need to.

I was concerned I would be charged before I could figure out the steps for merchant coverage of the fee.

I paid $16 for parking just to eat at the Cherokee grill in Gatlinburg a few days ago. To my surprise they had a 2 hour wait that evening to be seated. When we decided to cancel the parking we couldn’t get our money back.
