Charged twice

Upon leaving, I scanned my QRS code, paid for my parking prior to leaving and it charged me another $50. I pressed the help button and the attendant stated my payment did go through. A receipt was sent to my email verifying my payment. She stated I would get a refund. I haven’t received a refund yet. Do not park at this lot; it’s a total ripoff.

Had to pay twice

Paid online. Reader was unable to recognize the barcode and instead of just letting me in, the parking attendant requested that I get another ticket although I showed him the receipt. So I ended up paying 50$ for parking for a 2h event. Also took 40 minutes to leave the building since there were only 2 exit lanes that did not have automated license plate readers. Will never use again.

I Park down here every day for work

I Park down here every day for work. It is supposed to be to help service industry people. I made $40 dollars working a double in the middle of winter and had to spend my whole day worth of money to pay for my parking. Even though it claimed it was “validated” on the parking website. It was not. Pretty crummy for the people who park down here every day. Yall get plenty of our money already.

The Parking dot com website experience…

The Parking dot com website experience was smooth and efficient. Using the given QR code, on paper in my case, was readily accepted by the camera at the entrance. Upon departure, the license plate reader recorded the time of departure and my smart phone received a text thanking me for my business within one minute. About Sobro tower... I paid about 20 days in advance for the space. My stay was on a Saturday in early November with cloudiness and a touch of rain, keeping crowds to a reasonable level. Lighting was fair and cleanliness was quite good. It is imperative for users to make mental notes as to WHERE their vehicle is parked and which side of the building and level they are using. They must remember which entrance they use, which pedestrian exit they exited during their visit, and to bear in mind there is more than one vehicle entrance. Not remembering the details could result in confusion and frustration. Vehicle entrances have low clearances and parking slots were fairly narrow. Monster trucks could be an issue. Bonuses included that my guest and I were not accosted, harmed, or robbed.

Easy to use and seems like safe location.

This was my first time using this parking garage and it was easier than I thought it would be. The spaces are tight and the corners between levels are tight turns, need to be very careful when 2 vehicles are passing through. The garage was well lit and elevators and exits were easy to find. The elevators worked fine. I didn’t have any problems with theft or damage to my car. I would use this garage again.
