It took us multiple attempts to…
It took us multiple attempts to complete the transaction. Like last time, we finally had to use my phone because it would never accept the credit card on my husband’s phone. AND ITS THE SAME CREDIT CARD. WE REALLY DESPISE THIS APP AND DO OUR BEST TO AVOID PARKING IN YOUR LOTS.

Parking lot at 411 downtown isn’t adequately marked as two different lots. Paid for parking in snow and ice, and was ticketed and booted from other lot owner. $300.00 to park for the day. Thanks.

Couldn’t have been easier or faster
So easy and so much better than parking at the airport. Set up & pay online, park (easy to locate 1 mi from the airport), check by the front desk, catch the shuttle which runs every 15 min. On return you call the hotel and they’ll direct you to the appropriate waiting/pick up area. Both shuttle drivers were excellent and dropped me right at my car upon return. A “no -sweat” experience. Totally satisfied.

No info about pricing
No info about pricing, app is confusing so ended up paying for 2 days instead of 2 hrs, and didn't realize the mistake until I got the confirmation with a timer on it. Requested assistance to maybe get a refund or work something out and nobody has yet replied to me.
