Parking lot was not open
The parking lot had no signage and the gate was not open at 5:00PM. The pass said the lot would be open from 3:00PM until 1:00AM. We called the number on the parking pass and were apologized to and told to find another parking location and request a refund. We did that and we are waiting for the refund.

It is an abandoned closed fenced off spot with broken signs. The phone number is no longer in service. My son was not able to get our money back. Three other people were also scammed by this place!!!!!

Paid for parking for a Metallica…
Paid for parking for a Metallica concert and the lot was NOT accessible and was SCAMMED out of money to park. BUYER BEWARE!!

Cheaper to drive up than reserve
I reserved a spot and paid in advance, but the rate was $10 lower for people just driving in day of. That was frustrating. The location was convenient and an easy walk to Nissan. Exiting the lot was tricky without clear paths for cars to follow.

We booked this lot for Supercross
We booked this parking lot for Supercross in Nashville. When we got there, we actually were not even able to park there. It was blocked off/non existent and had to pay for parking in a separate lot . So we had to pay for parking twice even tho the first was not accessible. When trying to contact someone, offices were closed and the main line didn’t know what to do
