This parking lot is Dark and Creepy after dark. There is absolutely no one watching the cars except one drunk man stumbling around the lot and probably picking which car he was about to break into.

Twice it said “just drive out” to pay. And twice I was charged a full days park and when I “drove out” it was only charging me $7 and then $15. Instead I ended with over $40 for parking.

The parking lot is convenient, being next to Tennessee Brew Works. However there is a sign as you enter, which initially shows a $5 per hour parking charge. It is not until you read the extremely small print that shows this charge only applies to something like cars parked prior to 9am etc. Our actual charge was $11 and this seems unacceptable for venues actually outside of the downtown area and on a Saturday lunchtime. There should be some sort of validation scheme when a family will already be spending $100 having lunch at the venue.

If you’re from out of town and not familiar with the area, DO NOT PARK HERE! We parked here for less than 48 hours and my car, along with three others in the lot, were broken into. The sign on the building said 24 hour surveillance but there was no security detail and the parking lot was not in a great area of town.
Not an app !
When we parked at a couple of place we had to put al our info back in ! Not a local , tourist
Tried to create an account on the app, but couldn't save my car's license plate, because my state (DC) wasn't in the drop down.
I park here every time I go to Tennessee Brew Works. Nice big parking area and quite reasonable rates.

It was close to the brewery I wanted to checkout and you could walk to several other shops in the area. The price wasn't bad.

Easy straight to the point, you showed exactly how much it would for the time I needed, you also sent a text to let me know when my time was running out that was right on time as well. And 100% love the fact I didn’t have to talk to anyone and that I get to control when I pay and how I pay. I don’t like some of these lots because they read your license plate number and will automatically try to start charging your card….see I don’t keep all my eggs in one basket. So if they start charging a card that I have setup specifically for paying for stuff like parking they might over charge the card causing a negative balance, yea sure I can call and have money transferred back over that card but now I would have to pay extra fees, when if they would have just asked me or like you guys do let me control how I pay when I pay because I might put the money on a different card….and I don’t like those type people what if the license plate reader doesn’t read the license when you leave for some reason, say because the sun is hitting the lens and your license plate at the same time and now they will continue to charge my card for pretty much ever claiming I never left when really I only parked for 30 mins….I just don’t like the automatic reader ones it is ripe for a mistake and a rip off…..keep it the way you guys do it, where you let me scan the sign, I enter my license plate, I then choose which card I want to use on that day, and you remind me my time is running out just in case I need more time I can simply log back in without having to go back to the car and add more time to it.
