Tried everything. Followed all instructions on the cash machine and verbally from the parking attendant. Tried two cards. Still didn’t work. Not impressed.

Tortuous process
Did not explain that the option to save the credit card was to avoid re-entering it at checkout. I thought that authorizing the credit card number to be saved was in case I ever used Parking.com in the future, which I did not want.
I intensely dislike not having a machine to swipe my credit card instead of having to use my smartphone to pay. Juggling my belongings and having to enter my credit card and license on my phone in a parking garage feels unsafe and is awkward. Country code for license is indecipherable.
