I got charged for no reason! The garage was advertised to be free for 2.5 hours and I was only there for a little more than 1 hour and they charged me $15!
Ridiculous.

These guys are 100% scammers!!!! I went into a garage located in The Woodlands, TX to pick up a stationary bike. I was in the garage less than 10 minutes before I tried to leave. The ticket machine wouldn't accept a ticket that I had just printed out. I hit the attendant button and all the person on the other end wanted my cell phone # and drivers license number. As soon as she let me out I recieved a text from these shiesters. I owed them $20 for less than 20 mins. The kicker, it states clearly on the ticket box that stays under 2-1/2 hours were free. They are probably going to post something in response to this, but anything less than refunding my money is just noise.
UPDATE: THANK YOU PARKING.COM FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING. 4 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
