Great until you add time!
The app works well until you want to add time and then it goes downhill from there.
The ease of payment
Fairly Simple Process - Missing some things
The process is fairly simple. However, I did get a "bill" on my window with no instructions to pay and told that a picture of my vehicle was taken. At least put clear instructions on your site on how to clear. I ended up just paying when I got it and kept the receipt. Fix that gap for others.
Why need for time anticipation?
I didn’t like that you had to anticipate how long you were going to park there I anticipated three hours and it was longer and when I went back into extend it, it tried to charge me again, so I think you don’t need to do that if it’s just six dollars, then we leave it at that
Handicap parking should be free
Handicap parking should be free. The area does not have good Wi-Fi coverage outside to connect. If you make it to the app, it stayed stuck on the payment screen,
I shouldn’t have to pay an additional…
I shouldn’t have to pay an additional fee to extend my time in the handicap parking because if you park in the garage you only pay one fee. I should be allowed to extend my time for my space if I didn’t allocate enough time without having to pay double the parking cost (the initial fee, again, for parking.) This is a total rip off/price gouging and poor business practices. You should provide the same rules for the handicap spaces as the garage parking spaces. What you are doing is being discriminatory by charging a handicap spot additional cost for extending their time when they aren’t sure how long a doctor’s appointment will take!! You don’t charge for additional time in the parking garage. The handicap spaces are closer to the building for a valid reason because a handicap person would have difficulty climbing a hill. You’ll need to do better and consider challenges people have.
The ease of use.
COST OF HANDICAP PARKING EXORBITANT
Your Cost of PARKING IN HOSPITAL ADJACENT LOTS FOR HANDICAP PATIENTS IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN REGULAR PARKING AT THE SAME FACILITY?? EXORBITANT and EXPLOTIVE!
I think that it was crazy that I had to…
I think that it was crazy that I had to pay $6.00 for 15 more minutes. I have a broken foot and did not have a choice. $12.00 was a bit much for parking. How can the elderly handicapped people afford this? Think about that.
OMG WAS LATE FOR APPOINTMENT
OMG WAS LATE FOR APPOINTMENT! Totally takes too long to process all. Then got in office got message saying expired. My phone was on silent and doc was discussing life and death situ. When he stepped out I looked at phone it said meter out. I tried to add time window to do so passed I needed to start over. I broke down. Told doc and staff how I hated that service it was aweful and not necessary stress.

We’d never used your parking service before and it took more than ten minutes to finally register and get to the point of actually paying for the spot. I’m an IT professional and it was way too complex. Especially for something so simple.
Frustrated With Parking.com
When parking for my doctor at the Northside Atlanta medical building appointment this week, this sign was there.
My problems with this are:
1. It asks for how long you will be parked. At a doctor’s appointment, how are you to know that?
2. I put one hour and it cost $6. No where did it say there was a flat rate of $6. Why even ask how long you will be parked?
3. I received a text saying I was nearly my expiration time. So, I attempted to renew at $6 but was unable to access their website. I called the company and was told I would receive a citation.
4. I don’t feel comfortable using my credit card on my phone.
5. What do people do if they don’t have a smart phone and/or know how to do process a payment?
Concerned
The way this is setup an assumption has been made that everyone, especially senior citizens are computer savvy and that is not always the case. I utilized the handicapped parking and it actually took me over 15 minutes to make a payment for my doctor's appointment. While I set there, I observed serveral let to go and park further away from the building in the lot where they could just pay. It was very frustrating

My experience was so horrible that you don’t deserve even one star. Shame on Northside Hospital and shame on you!!!
No heads up!
When we parked in the spot(that we’ve always parked in), it was pouring down rain! We were supposed to do the QR code. We wouldn’t do this from the car! We had to get out and stand in the storm to PAY! Also, this was the first time we’ve had to pay! There wasn’t even a warning or even a notice saying this spot would be a paid parking spot! We understand that we have to pay to get healthcare, but it’s just done wrong!

Parking should be free if you are using that business. I pay enough to go to the doctors there, I shouldn’t have to pay to park. ESPECIALLY for handicapped parking which I need to use.
