Great location for visiting Northerly Island. Much less expensive than using the lot near 12th street beach.

Parking pass fidnt work, failed, couldnt park via the app

Easy to pay and great spot

I found it to be a bit deceiving. Said $4 for the time I needed ( 2-3 hours). But when I went to pay, for anything over an hour was $20!! Truthfully though, I just paid for the hour, then after that was up logged back on and paid for another hour. It was kind of confusing on if I needed to pay at the location or online. ( I now know you can do either).

1 hour was $2, but 2 hours was going to be $22. Makes no sense.

Ripoff. $20 for 3 hours

This parking was crap. It was far away and stated on numerous sites that it was 2$ per hour. Which was the main reason I chose this location. When I went to put in the time frame it came up as 20$ for the location regardless of the time frame. I put in 1 hr 20$, 5 hrs 20$….. just some more bs parking in Chicago. Ended up paying over 20$ to park a couple hours. Don’t over pay for shot parking. Might as well pay the amount for close parking cause they f you in the a then you have to walk most of the way and take up 30 min of your paid time to and from. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The ease of use of your website was my number one reason for giving a 5 star rating.

I received an email to set up an account for verification purposes. I wasn't able to access it at the time in the parking lot and when I did it had expired. And the program did not send a new email such that I do not have an account, and will most likely have to re-enter all of the information.

App shows many errors it take to much time to do each transaction. I have used and try to parked at locations using this company it doesn't work as well as the old parking app also help from this new app take to much time to respond.

You don't post the rates on your signs including holidays. I paid over 20 dollars to park and take a walk in Northerly Island on Memorial day. I went to another park run by the city and saw that there was no charge for the holiday. Way to make that money, Jeff Bezos.

The Web Site requires a bunch of personal information completely inappropriate for a parking app and is cumbersome to use. The app doesn't work at all - not only will it not allow "pay by zone", the feature to locate a pay station manually doesn't work either. Useless and extremely frustrating all round.
