App is easy to use. Service charges are getting ridiculous though. I only commute 2x a week and enjoy the convenience but very tempted to start carrying cash for parking.
First time using parking.com at a train station. The website wasn’t working properly, so then sent a text to pay but got diverted to the website again. It took me a while to get through.

Your app is shutting down in the middle of a parking space purchase, and it won't keep me logged in in my account.

I feel like I am forced to pay via mobile app or or code which charges more $2.72 (72 cents more) compared to $2 on the pay booth.
It was my first experience using Parking.com * as a senior who is not that familiar
using the apps I did find it simple to use...I was relieved
that it flowed easily. Will use it again!!
You charge users 2-3 times for each parking session….
ParkingLot.com offers a user-friendly application that simplifies the parking experience. The app’s layout is intuitive, making it easy to locate, reserve, and pay for parking spots without any hassle. One standout feature is the ability to enter your license plate number rather than the specific parking space number. This is a much more convenient option since it eliminates the need to remember or locate a sometimes hard-to-read parking spot number. By linking parking to the vehicle’s license plate, users have a smoother, faster experience, reducing potential errors or confusion. Overall, the app enhances parking convenience with modern, practical solutions.
The fee is ridiculous, especially when forced to use the app because the pay boxes at the train station are not working. Then multiple attempts to contact customer service through an online inquiry because I was double charged due to the app not working are still not acknowledged.
I had to pay an additional fee to pay online because none of the 4 machined worked. 2 of the 4 haven't worked in months. 1 doesn't accept dollars and the one that does wasn't working. Maintain the equipment.
Deceptive texts trying to get more money pretty sure parking is free on weekends, but paid $2.72 anyway then they want to squeeze more money when time runs out.
The app and website does not allow more than 23.5 hour booking. It is frustrating having to pay double when the fare is supposed to last until midnight. I have to constantly try to repurchase parking for the times I want. The app does not save your login and it doesn't let you log in. Despite trying to pay on the website it keeps redirecting me to the app. Which the app crashed multiple times and stays on certain loading screens for an extended amount of time. This is the worst website and app for parking. The developers should include multi-day parking capabilities instead of only times. They need to add 12am-12am (24 hour) times from one day to the next
I tried getting in contact with someone by sending a message on their website and it’s been 4 days and still no response. I’m trying to refund a purchase because I accidentally purchased a parking with the wrong exit time. They wouldn’t let me edit or cancel the parking reservation when it’s literally the same price even if I exit a different time. I had to purchase another one and contacted them after to try and cancel the first purchase through them.

I understand that Parking.com does not manage the parking lot. They are only a payment service used by the parking lot owner.
What bugs me is; for most lots Parking.com does not charge a service charge. But for a $2/day parking lot you charge a .70 cent service charge? That seems excessive.

Nothing was "wrong" with this transaction. What's "wrong" is that of the 4 dilapidated, non-functioning vending machines, only 1 works properly as people like up behind it, stressing out because the train is in site. Also...onw entire side of the parking lot wasn't plowed so after working all day...they were stuck in the parking lot we PAID to park in.
The app took awhile to open on my android and then for a person not experienced with smart phones, it took some re-reading of instructions to get it right.
