The workers seemed to be a little rude, they argued over where we should park. Just seemed disorganized.

Entering, parking, and paying was flawless. The exit was a nightmare. People were aiming from 100 different directions and merciless. It took us 40 minutes to get out of the small parking lot.

Parking spot needs more shuttles operating. They are too full and we often have to wait while at least one shuttle always leaves without us

Getting out of parking lot at end of event was a nightmare. It took me 45 minutes to finally leave the parking lot because there was no one helping to direct traffic out.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Paid for parking online ahead of time to save time and still ended up with a $75.00 ticket that I’m having to fight.

Parking was ok, but I think $22 is a little high to park in a gravel parking lot, it’s usually $11 and the parking lot is paved.

20 dollars for an unorganized field that you call a lot is complete bulls***

Not that it makes much difference in my review because if you expect to attend an event you are stuck paying these atrocious fees on top of admittance to said event. The parking attendants did NOT assist in parking much, they yelled at my friend who was driving with little to no direction so I guess the fees just go towards owning a vacant lot and racking up the $$

The fee was supposed to be $20 and your site showed $40. I entered my plate # like requested and submitted. The amount did correct however somehow the plate number saved as a completely different # and not only did I pay but I was charged a violation fee of $70 for not paying.

QR code signs in lot didn't work. Texting didn't work until I sent code a second time. Rude attendants couldn't give clear directions to keep traffic flowing and pack in cars properly.
Why is there is $1.99 service fee when this is literally the only choice you have to pay for parking? $20 for parking is standard at a concert, I get it BUT it is almost all profit…now you want us to pay your transaction fees too? Get the (insert f bomb here since it wont let me) outta here

Too expensive. I know it was "event parking" but I don't want to pay $20 for parking when I've already had to pay for the event tickets. There isn't even enough parking to accommodate everyone its ridiculous.

I tried to validate parking by scanning and it didn’t allow me to validate my parking. I ended up paying for parking when I shouldn’t have.

It was easy to pay and the people working the parking lot were very helpful.

Expensive ($20 + processing fee). Glad I noticed the signage to scan the QR code as no employee (parking attendant) stated to pay online upon entry or when I got out of vehicle. Nor did they accept cash. I also do not enjoy sharing personal information & creating an account just to park. Grace lot; unpaved lot and lots of pot holes.
Parking cost more than my ticket and associated ticket fees.
I hope employees are paid a liveable wage.
