There were no signs designating that we were in the correct parking lot or not. Otherwise it was pretty seamless.

Scam Reserved Parking

I would give them negative 5 if it would let me. We pre paid for reserved parking, to get there and have nowhere to park. We paid $52 dollars the week prior and had to go somewhere else and pay $100 for parking because the parking lot was so overfilled and not reserved in the slightest.

Unclear Parking Instructions

When we got to the lot, there was only one space left. Luckily we got it. Didn’t see anywhere where we could scan our prepaid code. The only instructions were from a company called metropolis, I believe. We and several others were worried we would be towed. This experience was filed with ????

I requested my money back no response

I requested my
Money back and they never even responded to my email. We didn’t get to park in the McGhee parking lot because it was full and I requested right at the time we were initially suppose to have a parking spot. Be weary customers

There was no parking lot at the address…

There was no parking lot at the address that was listed. Had to pay for extra parking on top of the parking that had to pay for through y’all then I tried to call someone and left messages and never got a return message or email will not be using you again and then letting everyone know that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had

Was this a scam?

Was this a scam? Arrived at address for parking and found that it was a small area between buildings that is for parking with spaces on one side, however, was jam packed full. No signs labelling the business name I paid for, no staff or attendant, no information. Only a few signs that said “Reserved Monthly Parking”. The parking was full. Talked to others that were left out as well confused of what to do. My Parking.com app gave me a QR code to scan that was totally useless.

Awful experience!!!!

The lot that we stayed in was not marked well and there was no one scanning QR codes. There was not even a spot to park because people who didn’t buy parking in that area parked there anyway. We had to park and we were blocked in, and we blocked others in. We got yelled at and cussed at when we returned to our car after the show. Terrible option!!! Park somewhere else!!! We deserve a refund and an apology!!!!! Would not recommend to ANYONE

Paring lot was a public alley. Filled with non-paying cars.

Paring lot was a public alley. No attendant. No space for prepaid cars - I was one of multiple people who pre-paid and had to go find another parking lot because this alleyway was full of non-paying customers. Cost me $51.50 prepaid and another $40 to park in a real parking lot. TOTAL RIP OFF - DO NOT USE.

We got to the lot of the address that was given and there was no spots available. You would think since I prepaid I’d have a spot but we went to the address provided and it was a gravel lot in between buildings.

There was no signs to recognize the parking lot. We showed up 3 hours before our event and there was only one spot left for us to park. And you could scan the barcode to buy more parking so we got lucky that we able to find a spot but it was easily able to be sold out after already pre-purchasing

No one is monitoring the lot and when…

No one is monitoring the lot and when we arrived to park, there were zero parking spaces available. We had paid separately for two spots, and both in our party were unable to park and there was no one available to assist. You should have a gate that requires scanning a code or entering a code or someone monitoring when it is a game day situation or a large event such as a concert. We had, nothing available around us, lost 45 minutes of time to find something. Had to pay an additional $50 that we were not prepared for since we planned ahead and paid for parking. We also lost an additional 20+ minutes walking further from where we ended up. This was frustrating and hard on those in our group that are older. Extremely disappointed and will never use this company again for business trip or leisure.

I'm not sure what to rate my experience.

I'm not sure what to rate my experience with parking.com. I reserved a $10 spot in the "McGhee Lot" at 1713 Cumberland in downtown Knoxville, TN. We arrived at night, and the lot was dark. It appeared to be a small, unlit gravel lot between buildings. We saw "customers only parking" signs for a nearby business. Could we park there? We didn't know. We didn't want to find out. We didn't see any "McGhee Lot" signage. As it wasn't clear where we were supposed to park, we left. I'm not sure what to rate my parking experience as we didn't actually park.
