Parking.com Found Me Parking Close To My Venue. The price seemed reasonable for the area. I would use them again the next time I'm in the area.
The lot was close to the property I was staying at, yet was not well marked for oversize trucks and trailers. Many cars scattered around the lot parking, making it difficult to maneuver and Park my truck and trailer.
The lot location on GPS is incorrect. It took us 20 minutes to find the lot. There was no shuttle to the pier as advertised. Not a happy user and will avoid in the future

The QR code to access payment options was not available onsite. As a tourist, I'm not familiar with the parking.com operating principles. Had I not done my homework ahead of time, I would have shown up at a parking lot without someone to assist me or posted information on how to proceed with payment. My only reassurance was seeing another parked car with a printed copy of their parking.com receipt on their dash.

I made a reservation online for parking at D3 at Boston Cruise terminal. When I arrived I learned that the package sold to me was not available: what a way to do business!

When I put in "Boston Cruise Port", a screen came up prompting me for a password. So, I created an account to have a password. Tried again and used my new password. Nope, that wasn't it. No matter what I did, it came back to the password prompt. Finally, I saw instructions on the Boston cruise port site for the exact words to search for, and that worked - parking spots came up. I made the reservation. And then I was told by parking.com support that I needed to reserve a spot in the Fargo lot (which is not what I had done). I had to cancel the initial reservation - which took two tries. Then while I was reserving the correct parking lot, my credit card was rejected. Twice. I canceled out of the transaction and started over. Then it worked. I have not seen a klugy interface quite this bad in a very long time.

I had an overnight at the Omni at the Seaport in Boston. This lot is right next door to the hotel and was $19 per night less expensive.

I did not like that we did not get a refund for services we did not use. We had to fly home early for an emergency and did not use 2.5 days of parking. We contacted you guys for a refund via telephone and got denied for the refund via email. The customer service rep initially told us we were entitled to a refund.
