Easy to pay online and appreicated reminders that the time was expiring

I did not mean to order that parking…
I did not mean to order that parking spot. I did it and I still haven’t received a response back from Customer Service about it. I think that’s very poor service on their part and it should not be so confusing to download the app into know what you’re doing

Time consuming and inconvenient
Very annoying and time consuming to need a different app than the rest of Chicago parking. Also my credit card info wouldn't autofill like it does on every other app. Very long process to pay for parking.

I was charged for parking Friday and yesterday before 6 pm even though there is supposed to be no charge until 6.
