Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The website was not reflecting the price displayed on the sign. Wanted to stay 6pm to 6am for 5 dollars and was charged 15.99 regardless of what time within that 12 hour span was selected. The website was not working appropriately on 2 different devices. Have contacted customer service and has still not been rectified.

Used the service in Toronto
Used the service in Toronto. Parked and paid but I got a ticket the next day for non- payment, in fact.. all the cars there got a ticket. It seems they don’t have a way of checking who has paid and who hasn’t. So you have to call the customer care and wait for an hour! Pretty dumb

Event prices unclear and unwarranted
It’s not clear from the app or signage what and when event prices are in effect. The building is not even located close enough to the Coca Cola Colliseum to warrant charging special event prices. Stop taking advantage of people.
