Liked the ease of using the app but did not like the price. It’s very expensive for visiting our Doctor where we spend more time waiting to be called than the actual visit.
For the most part, I like the new machines you have installed in the Chinatown parking. My only concern is people with no CC or forget their CC, they will not be able to pay.

Horrible parking experience with app & service
I recently parked in your facility on kingstreet. I put in a validation code for 2 hours but i couldnt increase my inital 1hour request.. so when i tried to change it to 2 hours to match the validation, it didnt let me and i got a parking ticket of $80. The instructions are difficult (64 y.o.) to understand. Needs to be clearer and not assume everyone knows what a QR code is and what to do. Tried for 20 minutes to figure it out. I’m not exaggerating about the time spent trying to figure it out as I ended up being late for my appointment.

Too Easy to Get Scammed
While the system is somewhat easy to use, it is also very easy to get scammed. All someone has to do is print a sticker or replace the printer paper versions of the signs with a new QR code leading to a fake site to scam people out of their money. You are asking us to trust scammers to not replace the QR codes.

It's a pain to use
It's a pain to use. If the attendant was not there to help, I wouldn't be able to pay. Parking here is relatively expensive and I'd recommend street parking if you're a bit early for your appointment or reservation.
