I normally have to use the app because the machine takes my money and does not dispense a ticket. So instead of spending $2.00, I end up spending an additional $2.74 to use the app
The pricing to park is great
The pricing to park is great. The tickets to pay are outrageous, 10× a normal day. Your weblinks don't even work to pay, we are forced to wait on phone.

Long Wait At The Airport

Drop off and trip to O’Hare was excellent, however, my return flight was delayed and the pick-up from the airport was a disappointment. Even though they are 24-hrs, I called in advance to give them the new arrival time. They said no problem, but when we landed, it took a long time for the shuttle to arrive.
Other shuttles (O’Hare Blue Sky & Park N Jet) were not only at the pick up spot when we arrived, but we watched their shuttles leave and return 2-3 times before One Spot finally arrived 30 minutes after we called from the pick up spot.
At 4:30 am, when One Spot finally arrived, the trip from ORD to One Spot took less than 5 minutes. Not sure why it took the shuttle driver 30 minutes to get to the airport.

More clarity in parking lot
Paying online was simple. However, more signs and clarity needed for 115th Kensington station. Confusing since you are new vendor. Also, spaces are numbered but when you pay that information isn't requested. There are other parking vendors so a bit stressful when trying to figure out which parking lot is which and trying to get on train.

On 3/31/22 The power was out at the Kensington station and the meters were out as well, after using the flashlight on my cell phone I saw a sign to said to scan or text the payment for parking, after boarding the train I used the text to make the payment and it went seamless and quickly. I locked the number to text in my phone in case of future incidents that may occur. Great service!
The pay machines at 115th & Kensington…
The pay machines at 115th & Kensington were not working so I had to pay online to avoid receiving a ticket for not paying. I was charge an additional fee for the online payment which is no fair since your pay machines weren’t working. All 6 machines were down.

The price seems to be on the higher side. If it was more cost effective, I believe people who be more encouraged to make in the lots including myself.

Some kinks to work out
I like that I can pay using my phone without cash but the website is not very user friendly. Several times I have indicated the start and finish times only to have it changed when I advance to the next screen. If I hadn't caught the mistake my time would've expired while I was at work and my car may have been towed.
It also loads very slowly which can be very frustrating when you're in a hurry.
