Parking was fine once we found the garage. The address provided on the reservation was accurate, but there was construction blocking that entrance. Plus it was not as close to the PATH station as I’d thought it was, my fault for not reading the map well and construction blocking a quicker path.

Equipments in the parking were not well maintained and I felt it insecure. They should be removed if not in use. Someone hit and broke the front bumper of our car.

The Parking.com App has bugs. I own an Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Android phone and have been using this app for over a year. Every single day I want to pay for Parking, I log onto the App using my Google account and unless I long on while I'm connected to Wifi at home and not using cellular data, I get an error message after attempting to connect via my Google account. I always have to go on my Device's App Storage and clear the Parking.com App's Data and Cache every before I can attempt to log on to my Parking.com and to avoid the error message. Also, I get an error message when I want to another payment method. After, enter all credit card information and clicking Save Credit Card, there is an error message. Still haven't been able to add another Credit Card.

Parking attendant wrote me out a ticket after I parked my van while sitting in it doing paperwork for my job. I didn’t get an opportunity to pay online in time.

The elevator has been out of order. Last two times I used it security has been nonexistent. No one enforces people parking in non parking areas that making maneuvering out the garage difficult. Broken windows in staircase. Owning and running a garage is one thing but MAINTAINING is another.

Simplicity of the whole process, especially now that the app was right there! Makes things easier.

No hassle to set in.
I wanted to check how to extend for 2 more hours (I'd presume that would be free of charge), but I couldn't find any way to check that... after 3 days, I'd believe 2 hours would be nothing.
Anyways, we changed plans and took the car out of the parking place.

Not having to worry about my vehicle, while staying at an Air BnB for the weekend, left me with just fun and relaxation; w/o dealing with anyone, which I prefer.

I got a ticket while legally parked with a 12 hour payment. I'm not paying that, so yall figure it out.
