Overcharged
The machine wouldnt read any of my three credit cards and the customer service rep, while helpful, charged me an extra dollar for THEIR issue.

I per-purchased parking through the app…
I per-purchased parking through the app and used the QR code to enter the garage. When I left, the QR scanner at the exit said I still needed to pay. Ended up double paying so I could leave. I contacted customer support for parking.com and have yet to have a response. The facility is great, just disappointed we were double charged for parking.
Misinformed
Well, because of the way your HUB pops up on Google when I searched for parking down there, it clearly misinformed me that the location was close, like 1 maybe 2 blocks away, its not even close to the mission. I needed to park close to the Mission Ballroom because I have a very very hard time walking. I fell 25 ft rock climbing and broke my pelvis and ribs and walking long distance hurts to much. So I ended up paying another 20 dollars cash literally right across the street from the Venue. I didn’t even pull into the parking garage.
So if you really really care about customers and people, which I’m sure isn’t the case, it would be nice to get my $15.00 dollars back in a refund for false information. Most likely it’s ‘my fault’ but I don’t live in Denver so I wanted to make sure I had a safe place to park down there. Crime is rampant in Denver nowadays.
If you want Google my name then type “fallen climber” and you can read all about my accident. It’s on Mountain Project website. I was trad climbing in El Dorado Canyon. Lucky I can even function on my own much less walk.
Thank you for any consideration. I would absolutely really appreciate a refund.
Best,
Donald Budlong
Scan didn’t work
Scan didn’t work. Tried contacting customer support, never got a response. Parking.com stole my money.
What didn't go wrong?!
What didn't go wrong?! Are negative stars possible?! QR reader on entry - said "Out of Order". Had to take a ticket to get in and assumed I'd have to double pay. It got worse. Multiple cars were burglarized via broken windows and then the perpetrators ran their car through the exit curtain, breaking it and leaving the exit blocked. The representative there wouldn't open the entry to allow us out- this was Thanksgiving evening and I came back for the car apparently hours after the incident with no fix anywhere in sight. So - broken equipment, no security and no customer service after the incident. Horrible.

The QR code I was provided did not scan. Had to take a ticket to get in. Still didn't scan on the way out and was asked to pay $20. What did work was calling the attendant who let me out after I provided all of the details on my email while the line behind me grew longer.
Don’t pay ahead for the place
Nice covered parking but we had to pay twice because there was no way to scan the QR code on the way in. Had to take a ticket which forced us to pay again to leave.

It cost me $15 instead of 5 because I had to pay twice. Your website didn't reserve anything! Just a scam.

Great experience!
Just a bit if a walk to our destination, The Mission Ballroom. My Google maps account said it was a 2 minute walk to the venue. It's much further than 2 blocks. But the price was great. 5 bucks. So live and learn. I wear a lower leg prosthetic, so the closer to the event I can get the better it is for me. Thanks

The incorrect address was posted; we had a nightmare of a time trying to find the location and ended up just doing street parking. So bizarre to have a completely wrong set of directions, very disappointing.

The QR code that I was given was not read by the scanner. I had to purchase a ticket and pay $10 dollars to get my car out of the garage.

Bad Information...
The lot was fine but according to your site the lot was a 3-minute walk to my location. It was actually a 40-minute walk in 98-degree heat, in the hot sun. I wasn't happy.

I ended up paying twice
I ended up paying twice. Once to book the spot and once to leave as the reader would not take the qr code. It was obvious that the reader was in desperate need of cleaning.
