It was impossible to find the lot
It was impossible to find the lot I paid to park in. No signage, no one knew anything about the fact that this site even existed, or where I was supposed to go. Awful experience. Eventually talked to the front desk about where I should go, and they told me to park out back. I spent my entire sporting event stressed about the possibility of my car getting towed, because I had no clue if I was parked in the proper place or not. Will NOT being using this service again.

I went to tailgate at 9:00 am no one around to get a piece of paper or something to put on my windshield . So my car doesn’t get towed. I had to leave a note on my windshield and a confirmation number that I purchased a parking pass. Went back to the parking spot at 11am nobody was still around. My car was still there so stress out

Horrible System
There was no clear direction of where I could park. I ended up parking in the front of the lot where I was told by the hotel I couldn’t park there. Your attendant said we could park wherever there was a spot. The hotel stated where the parking was at and there was no spots available there. I was then directed to a lot further away to park at which was not convenient at all
