First time was a bit confusing but this last time, knowing the process, was great as the garage is in a great location with easy access to the freeway. Exiting the garage was easy once too.

Horrible experience.

The entire process of using the parking interface at Hills Plaza was awful. i parked there a couple years ago and it was easy . You got a ticket going in & you paid going out . This required a phone app and was a nightmare for all 4 cars that were trying to leave when I was. I didn't understand the instructions for a long time. Then when I finally did and was getting ready to leave, the internet connection in that part of the garage disconnected for all of our phones. Thankfully a security person figured something out and we were able to get out but it took 20 min and without the security person we might still be there. I will never go back! If I could make it 0 stars I would .
