Efficient Parking Process

It was really helpful to have clear instructions on how to use this parking process. It took only a few minutes to pay for parking. I really appreciated the reminder of 20 minutes prior to the expiration parking time, found it very useful. I took away one star because of the location of the parking lot. It was park at your own risk and the area seemed a bit unsafe.

Prime Location BUT Disappointing

We couldn't easily figure out how to enter the garage (and we are both under 50). You need to screen shot the QR code and then hit the prompt for a text message or something...don't even remember! Either way, it was frustrating, and we almost turned around and left entirely. We spent just under 2 hours parked, which was supposed to be $12, but conveniently we were delighted to see that we were charged $12.99 for our time there. The additional 99 cent charge was supposedly for the "technology" to operate to parking garage, a joke because we were not impressed!! Also, it was not clearly disclosed on the pricing sign. If it WAS listed there, it must have been in super tiny or small print. Just felt like we were nickeled and dimed, which put a bad taste in our mouths after an already sub-par experience...I mean why not just say the price is $13 and call it a day??

Location next to Polo Towers

Location next to Polo Towers was very convenient and cost less than Polo.

The sad thing is that I will probably never be back. Polo never used to charge for parking and they are following the trend of money grab and turning off long time customers.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Pre booked parking the night before for about $18 (worth noting, it was only $10 if I paid on the day) . The instructions were very clear - some sites accept a digital copy of the parking pass, some don't, the site I was parking at DID accept a digital copy.
I arrived and there was no where to scan my digital copy or show an attendant. I called the number provided on the sign at the lot. Confirmed I was in the right parking lot, had a valid ticket and triple checked I would be OK to not display a ticket as they could see I have a valid ticket, just ensure I am out on time (have copies of call log details and contemporaneous notes I made of the conversation).
When I arrived back to the car (well within the assigned time), I had a citation for not having a valid ticket.
I called SP+ immediately who were sarcastic and unhelpful, advising they simply owned the parking lot and it is an issue to take up with the company who enforces there parking rules and I would need to lodge an appeal online. The call taker adviser there must have been some mix up between SP+ and the "local" company enforcing the rules, who issued the citation.
I appealed online that night. About 48 hours later and awaiting confirmation the citation has been withdrawn. In the mean time, Parking.com asked for my review, so here it is.
TLDR: pre booked ticket was more expensive than on the day ticket, didn't work as it should, received a citation for the operators mistakes and had terrible customer service when following up.
Find somewhere else! Should have been a red flag seeing such an empty lot in such a busy area!

Was not able to modify for a shorter time.

Was not able to modify a shorter time.

Once I made the mistake after submission, I could not go back and make a time adjustment to shorten my parking stay.

My recommendation is to start your parking time for a day and you can always extend it if you need more time.

The lot needs to be resurfaced and spaces marked properly.

New Years Eve was jammed with people looking for parking. Thank goodness I was able to find one early in the day and just left it there.

They doubled the parking rate for New Years Eve. In Las Vegas, I guess it's the new thing.

App interface was not as easy to use as it should be. Time selection was not clear and I had to end up paying double. I've been parking here for a long time and it seems the parking rate has gone up drastically.
