I showed up at the address and there was a parking garage but it said it was private for Prudential and only the exit was open. There was another parking garage at the end of the street (no sign saying HAHNE & Co.) but there was no attendant and the only option was to take a ticket from the machine. No option to scan a barcode. I ended up parking on the street further away from the venue.

I enjoyed parking at Hahne & Co. The garage isn't huge and I had to go around a bit to find a spot that wasn't restricted or timed. However, everything worked out alright after that.

Book online ahead to get better pricing. Signs are a little confusing regarding Whole Foods 90 min parking. That’s a reminder but it looks like it’s only for WF. ALL spots are for everyone. Plenty of spots available.

I prepaid for parking and that was fine, However no mention was made prior that many spots are reserved for Whole Foods and signs say not to park in those reserved spots but there are floors and floors of While Foods, Residential and other businesses spots. Finally a Whole Foods employee said I could park in those spots and just scan my prepaid QR code at exit. Parking.com should have provided information discussing the situation because I found another family as confused as me and I wasted time finding a spot.

I have a little trouble figuring out how to enter, where I was supposed to park and how to leave because there was nobody there. However, I was able to talk to someone through an intercom. It was cheaper if I didn’t reserve and plenty of space that Friday night by NJPAC

Great experience. Great place to park your car.

We could not exit using the confirmation coding we received via email. Using the assistance button we were helped by Victor who manually entered our confirmation code.The people in the line of cars behind us were just as unhappy as we were! Only a very few spaces are available for non residential people or non Whole Foods shoppers.

It was difficult to find the entrance to the parking deck. My GPS kept telling me it was the prudential employee parking which it certainly wasn't. By the time I found the parking deck and circled around for a space I had already missed my reservation. The deck is like any other parking deck so nothing special.
I probably wouldn't want to be down there at night time but it looks well lit.
The price isn't bad at all for the amount of time and I would recommend this deck even with me not finding the space.

The parking is safe and price is affordable. Its convenient to places me and my family visited. But the only cons i see on this parking area is the lack of signage that is specifically assigned for parking.com clients as it is sharing with other parking space with residential owner and store clients. A visible and clear assigned parking signage will improve the parking services

It was unclear which spaces were related to the paid parking. Most were labeled reserved or for supermarket.

Ticket from Whole Foods didn’t work, and phone call to avert the situation was inconvenient as people waited behind me

There is no network to connect to wifi to scan the code from cell phone in the garage where you park . It is shared with whole foods ,zip car and another organization so limited parking spaces .

Easy to reserve. Easy to find the building. Good early bird special $13. Difficult to find a spot because the signs said reserved for the supermarket.

Clean, well lit, and large spots to park in.

Easy access to NJPAC event. My only complaint was the entry sign was not stated with neither the address (25 New Street) nor garage name (Hahne) on my reservation.

When we drive to Newark, we could not locate the parking garage using our GPS. We called customer service and the representative was very polite but she also could not help us find the garage. We had to finally find another parking garage for the car. Very frustrating! The only suggestion I have is to give an accurate name and address.
