my parking was cancled with out a reason and can not understand why but already bought a pass somwhere else cost more money
Where is my refund????
On April 26th I was attending a function in Atlanta GA., so I went online and purchased a parking spot. When I arrived, I scanned the QR code, and it was denied. I scanned again and once again...."DENIED!!!!" After looking at the paper, I realized that I had purchased the parking spot for April 27th, not the 26th. So, I used my credit card to park and went about my business. Once I got home, I went back online to see if I could get a refund and to my delight, I was able. The site said I would see it within 5 to 7 days, but it has been almost 2 weeks. This is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5. Come on Parking.com. We live in a world where information is transferred at the speed of light. You can and need to do better.

The ease of booking parking was a wonderful experience!!
System malfunction.
The system sent a different expiration date than the one that I entered into their system to the cc company which was expired so the charge would not be processed and I could not purchase tickets.
Customer service could not help and the online support number that they referred me to was not accessible.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I went to check out but the QR code sent to me was not functioning. I spent nearly a half an hour waiting by the exit with multiple cars starting to wait behind me. It was very embarrassing. Customer service phone had no live operator and another service phone had no power to control the gate. No live parking attendants available on site. I ended up paying again with my credit card in order to leave. Very inconvenient. Now I have to work on getting a refund on the extra parking fee I paid.

Upon departing, the parking attendant was at the gate but did not seem to know what to do. She called and asked for help and let us leaving.
Very Annoying. May or may not actually be able to park.
No issue at all pre-booking the garage; but upon arrival to the garage barricade’s are at the entrance to the garage with a parking garage closed sign. Called and was told all they could do was refund my money (which they did) as they do not control whether the garage is available for parking. Just very annoying when you think you’ve got a parking spot booked; then have to find another option when you arrive. They Don’t Know Whether the Parking Garage’s that they let you book are even available for parking or not.
