App is glitchy and does not accept my P& A group MasterCard, part of a work parking program, as payment while other apps and parking programs do…. Kind of annoying. Convenient location though.

I hate giving bad reviews but this was a very negative experience. My friend and I were parked for 22 minutes and were charged $18, despite the 1/2 hourly rate being $10. When we brought this to the attention of the service worker, she said there was nothing she could do and to just pay it. I hope this doesn’t happen to other people as well.
Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience - Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at Greenway Self Park. My family and I were staying at the Kenzie Hotel and were directed by the hotel concierge to use this garage while we had dinner reservations at STK Steakhouse at 6:00 PM on 4/19.
Upon arriving, I saw a board instructing drivers to scan a barcode and use the Greenway Park app. I followed the prompts and paid $45.46 for parking starting at 5:30 PM. However, after completing the payment, the app incorrectly issued my parking time as 7:30 PM instead.
Meanwhile, cars were lining up behind me, honking, and I couldn’t back out of the line. To avoid being late, I took a ticket and proceeded to park. I immediately called the parking attendant to explain the situation. She told me I had 10 minutes to leave the garage or I would have to pay for the ticket, and she’d assist me at the ticket machine.
While waiting, I went on the Greenway parking app and canceled the parking, but I was still charged the $45.46—no refund, no confirmation of cancellation, nothing.
When I got to the machine, the attendant informed me I would have to dispute the app charge and still pay for the ticket as well. I explained that since I had to pay the ticket anyway, I’d rather just stay parked overnight. She told me I needed to exit the garage, come back around, and pull a new ticket—no flexibility, no compromise, no customer service.
In total, I ended up paying three times: $45.46 through the app, $18.00, and another $60.00. That’s over $120 for a single evening of parking—completely unacceptable.
This was a highly unprofessional and stressful experience. The system is confusing, the staff was unhelpful, and there was zero accountability. I would never recommend this garage to anyone. Avoid this place if you value your time and money

All good, except.....
everything is great about the app; easy to use except it has not been allowing me to upload my pass to the apple wallet. It was always very easy, but the last 10 times I have not been able to.. That option needs to be corrected.

It was easy enough registering for parking on line (getting the parking QR code); however on the day I pulled into the parking lot, I had to pull a parking ticket because the QR code would not register.
This does not mean that I will not use Parking.com again. I just wish that it worked the way it is suppose to.
Thank you.

horrible customer service at greenway i paid on the parking .com 3 times on 3 different days because the parking is right infront of my job and every time i try to scan it to go in and to go out the lady there says its in valid and they try to make me pay again even though i already paid .

It was easy to book my parking and the price was much lower than pulling up and just paying regular (Which is more expensive!). No problem setting it up and it worked very well! I will use this method again for next time I'm looking to use a parking garage. Thank you
Horrible
Horrible. Too expensive and no way to extend the time before it expires. It didn't matter that I paid in advance because I ended up spending more afterwards. The night guard at the desk was rude and had a nasty attitude when all I told her is that I had already paid.
