The app is simple to use, the parking pass worked flawlessly (pro tip: take a screen shot of the pass so you can use the scanner in a subterranean parking lot where you can’t get LTE signal for intern... See more

You need more consistency in pricing. As someone who parks almost daily it's a rip off at any price. Discounts should be given to non tourist and people that are chicago residents.

If you use wheelchair or have a cart, go somewhere else

No issues with safety or parking spots availability, nor reservation issues. But I tried to get to the street level and there where no elevators working that day I parked there. Don't know how people on wheel chair would get out of there. I could carry my stroller wagon, but handicapped people would be in troubles in this parking lot.

Terrible experience

The payment did not work several times. Then the email did not contain a working link with a barcode to scan so I called to refund prior to the start time since the whole process was terrible

QR code didn't work.

The QR code didn't work and if it weren't for an understanding attendant, I would've had to pay for parking twice over.

It's so convenient

It allows me to find nearby parking garages at any time, and I can save a lot of money by booking a few minutes in advance instead of just parking in. Overnight parking is even more cost-effective.
