I got double charged for parking
I got double charged for parking. When I hit submit I immediately got a message saying something along the lines of “your parking is about to expire click here to add more time.” So I clicked it and assumed that surely it was wrong since I JUST paid for it. But the link took me to a page that said my parking had already expired and I would need to redo it and pay again. So I paid $11 the first time for -3 minutes of parking and $11 the second for my actual parking.

Parking defeats downtown
My experience wasn’t great. The parking is ridiculously expensive, so much so, that it will considerably reduce me frequenting downtown venues. I’ve already stopped going to the downtown farmer’s market and restaurants. Mostly, I prefer places where I can park with ease and at no cost.

Same data twice
Parked twice in Lexington KY. I have an account with address information. Go to add a card and receive an error, completely in code gibberish. I have no idea what to correct.
Had to back out, start over. Used same info and card, exp date, cvv and it works. Total time wasted 15 minutes. I've got to park 30 minutes earlier than my reservation in case this B.S. happens again.

We found a great parking space at a great price and it was near Rupp Arena. The only issue we had was the instructions told up to scan our bar code but there wasn't any bar code scanner at the lot. There were signs they go by the license plate number but we were still afraid we would be towed. The instructions need to be more clear as to whether we need to scan OR not.
very warm and sunny afternoon makes it difficult …
I was there on a very warm and sunny afternoon. The sun was shining on the display so it was impossible to read the screen. I used the text option. It took more that 5 minutes standing in the hot sun to complete all of the information including payment information most of which I had to search for the info required.

App Frustrations
App Frustrations
To be fair my gripe has only been with the app and the only thing I've had work right was the actual website. I don't recall having this issue with the app whenever the Parking brand took over the pay lot I would frequent. Though I would checkout as a guest and the process took longer. Eventually I decided to create an actual account to save myself the time. That's when I spent 20 minutes in a lot trying to get it to simply take my money while a dinner party was waiting on me. I honestly can't recall how I got around it at that time. All I know is when I was trying to enter/save my license plate in the app it would just give me some generic "An error has occurred, please try again" style error. I experienced this again over the weekend at a different lot, just trying to enter my plate, same generic error. If I can't enter my plate, I can't pay for parking. I got even more frustrated when I tried to use the text link provided on the signage to go to the website that would only launch back into my app. Only after manually going to the website and entering my details would it finally complete a purchase.
