QR code was not readable by the parking…
QR code was not readable by the parking machines. Had to spend 15-20 mins with a parking attendant to get out of the parking lot.
Bad Customer Service
I had an issue with my parking and contacted customer service over a week ago. No one has gotten back to me. I will not be using this service again.

Parking lot scanner incompatible with pass, no customer support response.
Parking pass was not accepted at the time of departure (no attendant, exit had different type of scanner than pass (bar code vs. QR code). Multiple attempts made to contact customer support to resolve charge, never contacted. Wouldn't use again.
I was trying to book arriving at 730am…
I was trying to book arriving at 730am leaving at 530pm - it kept defaultintg to arriving 930am departing 730am the next day - I finally booked when I thought it was all set. it printed as 930am instead - i should have called parking.com but instead I made the mistake of calling the parking garage company which said it wouldn’t be an issue so I never called to dispute the incoming time that was printed. wouldn’t you know the parking garage made me pay again and the full price even though I told them the issue. - overall I paid twice & paid double. Parking.com needs to get there online booking kinks worked out so this doesn’t happen again.
Should have skipped Parking.com
I used Parking.com to park in Boston. I followed the directions just as they appeared on the sheet. I had printed it out since it also included the QR Code. I scanned the QR Code several times and the message just said: "Event Not Available." So, I got to pay for parking twice that day. I have to now dispute this second charge (which was more) with my credit card company. I should have read these reviews first since so many people seemed to have the same problem.
